MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Providing financial reports and interpret financial information to management including recommending further courses of action.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing the process of preparing corporate documentation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing the process of establishing special purpose companies.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support in preparing financial models for RES investments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participating in securing funding for RES investments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinating with an external accounting office.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preparing and continuously updating the company’s liquidity plan.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Close cooperation with the liquidity, accounting as well as corporate finance & controlling departments at the headquarters.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preparing and coordinating audits and consultancies in collaboration with external financial and tax companies<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Higher education (preferred majors: accounting, economics, finance, or related);<\/p>\n
\u2022 At least two years of professional experience as a Financial Manager;<\/p>\n
\u2022 A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of MS Office;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Fluent in Polish and English, fluent level of German is a plus;<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to solve problems and find solutions;<\/p>\n
