SALES MANAGER RENEWABLE ENERGY

Our client is a developer and EPC services company currently expanding in Poland. With a strong position in Europe, and a small team already in place in Poland, we are now seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to support the expansion of their client portfolio in the country. We are looking for someone with a strong BD and sales background, with a solid network of contacts in Poland and a lot of energy and enthusiasm to reach the KPIs of the company locally. You will be responsible in this role amongst other things:

  • Organizing, preparing and implementing of customer appointments
  • Ensuring the cold acquisition of new customers und partners as well as taking over and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Representing the company at trade fairs or other renewable energy events
  • Management of customer enquiries and appointments
  • Responsibility for quotations, including technical and commercial coordination
  • Negotiating contracts with the customer

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? For this role we are seeking someone who has:

  • a BA in Business, Engineering, Trade or other relevant academic background
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in sales or in a comparable position in the Polish market
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English
  • Your skills: Empathic, communicative team player (m/f/d) with an organized, independent and results-orientated way of working
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
