Our client is an international EPCM services company with over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently they are starting a lot of new projects in Romania, hence they need a Quality Supervisor for the current position

• Promote development and updating of procedures, instructions and other quality documents with a Site Manager
• Prepare quality procedures / inspection protocols and testing / quality protocols according to the client’s requirements and ensure implementation on site
• Manage compliance with quality procedures on site
• Completion of quality protocols and inspection protocols and testing, namely for power and grid works and commissioning, concreting’s, iron frames, piles, soils testing for roads and platforms, based on Site managers works
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the quality management system
• Promote the creation / revision of documents of the quality management system undertake for an integrated management system with approval by the project team
• Proceed with actions in case of non-compliance with the quality plan / procedures on site;
• Implement the action plan defined in nonconformities and manage it with Client and organize the entire process of evidence and closure
• Ensure register and management of external and official communications, namely transmittals control
• Manage and organize final Turn Over Page dossier for the Project
• Supervise the quality control of the works
• Collaborate with the project team and report to the Integrated Management System

EXPECTATIONS:

• Education: Civil Engineering degree (preferred)
• Professional Experience: 2 years as Quality Supervisor/Inspector, in Construction area.
• Knowledge/Specific Training: Knowledge about ISO Standards & Certification
• Language proficiency: Fluent – English
• Good document archiving and organization skills
