The Installation Engieneer is responsible for ensuring offshore installation requirements for each of the Wind Farm packages are identified, completed and implement for the project.He or she will be responsible of ensuring that design solutions for each work Package and each Supplier are optimized and agreed, in terms of planning and technical requirements in order to deliver the most costs effective solution.
Responsible for the preparation, technical analysis and validation of the project transport and installation requirement for WTG, SS, OPSs and cables in accordance with applicable standards, legislation, ethics, and good practices across the offshore wind farms industry, tender requirements, regulatory aspects and project policiesThis will include working on specifications and technical documentation to allow Project’s engagement with the correspondent designers, fabricators and T&I suppliers at different project phases in coordination with the relevant package managerto ensure compliance with Client specifications, minimum safety standards, contract terms and Marine Warranty requirements, including the review of:•Suitability of vessels and installation equipment
•Lifting plans
•Sea fastening design
•Stability analysis
•Jack up assessment.
•Pile Driving assessments
•Marine operations
•Emergency Procedures
•Acceptance protocols / procedures
•Carry out operational design & risk reviews

Provides technical support to other areas of the technical department and other departments as necessary across the project lifecycle to ensure the successful completion of the project;

Definition of consent and environment conditions associated with the T&I worksand management of compliance Maintain an effective and systematic planning and control (in what concerns cost, deadline, quality and safety); Ensuring control of the budget, deadlines and quality aspect. Provide lessons learned on the projects and participate in wider OW knowledge groups with peers across projects contributing to the application of synergies across the group Foster collaboration and teamwork with the OW corporate areas facilitating the efficiency in works related to the Project and alignment with OW practices.

LANGUAGES The project has an international team of employees and the working language is English.Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5years’ work experience with a proven track record in offshore installation projects, preferably offshore wind.Extensive experience in the design, planning and execution of offshore operations including operational procedures, heavy lifting, sea fastening, subsea works (diving and ROV) marine control and operational planning.Experience of pile driving operations desiredExperience with shipping and installation vessel operations including interaction with harbor and coastguard authorities.Experience / familiar with EPCI, construction and/or installation contracts (FIDIC, Logic, Bimco) desirableA recognized qualification in health and safety would be advantageous
Knowledge of and experienced with the application of recognized codes, standards, guidelines and appropriate maritime regulations applicable for marine installation operations in Poland.Knowledge of weather downtime estimations and planning method.
Demonstrable knowledge is required in relevant areas including: site ground conditions assessment, enabling works design and logistics validationKnowledge of the latest legislation and guidance of the management of health and safety is also required.SKILLSStrong technical skillsAbility to communicate across all levels of the project team.Proactive to identify and resolve problems, and to findoptimizations and improvements. Location in Warsaw, but travelling to supplier’s facilities and offices, local construction ports and constructions sites may be required
