Our client is one of the most successful construction firms specialised in renewable energy projects. One of the leading organisations in Europe and the Americas, now developing their team in Romania. For their new projects we are looking for a permanent unlimited position for an Junior HSE Specialist with experience in local electrical infrastructure project supervision.

In this role you will:

• Take part in the implementation of the HSE policies and procedures defined in Corporative Integrated Management System;
• Preparation, compilation and continuous updating of the Safety and Environment legislation applicable to the activity;
• Support and collaboration in the creation and updating of the Health & Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan for the work;
• Compilation of the project’s HSE indicators to monitor the actions defined in Corporate Management and Monitoring of Processes Plan and Risk & Opportunity Management Plan;
• Manage the Non-Conformities, Complaints and Improvement Opportunities detected in Construction site;
• Participate in HSE audits (internal and external) and define the Action Plan;
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Occupational Health and Environmental requirements in the office;
• Support the implementation and follow-up of the Health & Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan for the project;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Health and Safety degree (preferential)
• Professional Experience: minimum of 1 year as HSE Specialist, preferably in electrical infrastructure projects
• Knowledge/Specific Training: Knowledge about ISO Standards & Certification
• Language proficiency: Fluent – English
• High organization skills
