We’re currently seeking a GIS Analyst to join team in Poland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating areas throughout the country to identify optimal land plots for solar PV, battery energy storage (BESS), and onshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out in-depth feasibility analyses for development opportunities identified by Company’s Business Development team or proposed by external partners;

• Perform environmental assessments of potential project sites, considering applicable restrictions and regulations at local, regional, and national levels;

• Keep up to date with Polish laws and policies related to renewable energy development;

• Assist the Business Development team in selecting suitable project locations and supporting the permitting processes;

• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to align with Company’s evolving strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental planning, urban planning, landscape architecture, engineering, geography, or a related field;

• Previous experience in territorial analysis and land parcel screening in Poland, ideally within the renewables sector, is a strong advantage;

• Proficiency in GIS tools (e.g., QGIS) and familiarity with CAD software;

• Solid understanding of the Polish administrative and legal framework for renewable energy development and willingness to stay informed of legal updates;

• Native-level Polish and good command of English (spoken and written);

• Strong project management capabilities, a goal-driven approach, and persistence in reaching objectives;

• Clear and structured communication style, with the ability to analyze complex details and also convey high-level insights effectively.
