Reporting to the Country Manager, the Commercial Director will be responsible for the commercial results of the projects, coming up and then also implementing sales strategies and guidance for the team to reach the KPIs. Your responsibilities will include as well:
- Manages the commercial team, responsible to motivate and mobilize the team to sustain sales’ growth
- Creates, evolves and manages key processes and procedures for the Department
- Defines and monitors KPIs
- Manages and ensures the sustainable growth of the pool of external partners
- Supports the Sales Team in the development of the technical and financial proposal
Who are we looking for?
Engineer with interest in renewable energy
Excellent communicator able to negotiate contracts and establish good relationships with clients
Open minded and innovative person, with a previous record of at least 3 years in a similar role within solar rooftop installation services or solar panel sales
