Ensure maximum availability, performance, and profitability of solar plants by guaranteeing safe, efficient, and compliant operation and maintenance, in line with best practices, technical, regulatory, and contractual standards,
and in full compliance with the strategic guidelines of the Business Unit internal processes and procedures, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
✓ Asset Operational Management
o Ensure availability and performance ratio (PR) of the plants;
o Monitor production, losses, events, and alarms via local SCADA;
o Execute all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and installations;
o Analyze, detect, and resolve equipment anomalies;
o Support technical inspections and interventions with manufacturers (warranty claims);
o Manage spare parts inventory;
o Monitor SLAs;
o Follow up on equipment warranty processes;
o Timely issue reports and work orders in the CMMS;

o Participate in on-call and standby duty rotations;
o Develop the technical and behavioral skills of the team;
o Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence;
o Act in alignment with Group values and promote a positive working environment;
✓ Financial Management
o Optimize operational costs;
o Ensure proper maintenance and care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles;
✓ Stakeholder Management
✓ Periodic performance
o Reporting to Clients and Business Unit Management;
o Interface with authorities, grid operators, regulators, and suppliers;
✓ Comply with and promote the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety, and Environment) and approved Management System procedures;
✓ Actively contribute to development, innovation, and continuous improvement of processes and the
Management System.
MAIN DUTIES
✓ Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan and contribute to its update based on failure history;
✓ Perform day-to-day operation of the plants;
✓ Analyze, detect, and resolve equipment anomalies;
✓ Analyze and classify alarms/events and validate unavailability;
✓ Investigate critical failures and ensure system restoration;
✓ Interpret electrical schematics;
✓ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports;
✓ Identify low-performance strings or inverters;
✓ Assess losses due to soiling, shading, electrical faults, and unavailability;
✓ Perform regular vegetation cutting and control growth, avoiding large-scale cutting campaigns;
✓ Prepare field reports and train colleagues on operational procedures;
✓ Control spare parts and tools inventory;
✓ Supervise service providers’ activities;
✓ Update technical documentation and CMMS records;
✓ Promote adoption of new technologies and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce failures;
✓ Foster coordination and cooperation with other departments of the Business Unit and other areas of the company.
