Our client is an international firm leading the wind energy sector in Europe and other parts of the world.  For their team in Poland to oversee international projects we are now looking for a Technician or Engineer with long term experience in the management of Installation works for the position of Electrical Supervisor. This role is meant for candidates with strong electrical background, to whim the electrical technicians (both internal and external to the company) will report to. Hence strong communication skills are a must. You will work in international projects HENCE KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH IS A MUST.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

During the project installation/finishing phase you have the responsibility to supervise and control mainly but not only the electrical works executed at site by the subcontractor in matter of:

• Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirement at site and to intervene should the requirements not be respected or fulfilled
• Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions
• Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine

KEY OBLIGATIONS:

• Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
• Check of proper electrical installations
• Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor
• Control of correctness and completeness of site related reports
• Collect and forward technical specifications
• Report the status of site activities
• Execution of the quality check on site including reporting
• Active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk)
• Notification of defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts

EXPERIENCE:

• Completed vocational training in Electronics /Mechatronics or similar field
• Profound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-Voltage
• Several years of vocational experience as Electrician on wind farms and a depth technical knowledge of wind turbines
• Good English language skills (read, write and speak fluently)
• Project Management Skills

Salary plus a yearly bonus of up to 5% of the yearly gross salary
