Our client is one of the largest and most rapidly growing EPC company specialising in energy construction projects. For their regional European team we are looking for an EPC Business Development Manager  to help driving the development of their project portfolio in Europe. We are looking for a driven professional, with strong commercial and business development skills, excellent communicator with previous experience in large infrastructure energy projects working for an EPC services provider or equipment production company. The person can be work home based anywhere in Europe (within the EU) with regular visits to clients and company offices in the region.

Academic Level

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/commercial from an accredited curriculum

Role:

• Expand upon existing client relationships, develop and nourish new development and EPC business opportunities, while also stay highly engaged with industry associations and organizations
• Identify and develop new clients for EPC and select major EPC opportunities to build up a strong pipeline of solar PV
• Provide proposal support for client projects with technical specification preparation, RFP support, and bid evaluation support, responsible for contract negotiations
• Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of EPC projects and their associated work orders
• Implement sales actions for the solar products through projects opportunities, focusing on our transformer products.

Requirements

• Over 5 years professional experience in solar/energy/generation/T&D industry, T&D industry is preferred.

• Ability to work in a multi-national team, with persons in different countries
• Strong technical, analytical, business, financial skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is. must, the knowledge of another European language will be a nice to have
• Ability and willingness to travel
