Our client is an international investor and EPC services company operating with great success in Europe, Asia and the Americas in the solar energy sector. For its operations in Bulgaria, where they already as a group have projects under operation we are looking for an EPC BD Manager to join their team. Your key objective will be to care for current clients and establish and support the strategy to gain new ones. 

Academic Level Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/commercial from an accredited curriculum

Role:

• Expand upon existing client relationships, develop and nourish new development and EPC business opportunities, while also stay highly engaged with industry associations and organizations;
• Identify and develop new clients for EPC and select major EPC opportunities to build up a strong pipeline of solar PV;
• Provide proposal for client EPC projects with bid evaluation, technical specification preparation and commercial proposal preparation with HQ full supporting;
• Responsible for contract negotiation including EPC, subcontract and supply contracts;

Requirements

• Over 5 years professional experience in solar/energy/generation/T&D industry, T&D industry is preferred;
• Ability to work in a multi-national team, with persons in different countries;
• Strong technical, analytical, business, financial skills;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Bulgaria and English;
• Ability and willingness to travel.
