{"id":4917,"date":"2026-09-04T13:47:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T11:47:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=4917"},"modified":"2026-09-04T13:52:41","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T11:52:41","slug":"4917-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/en\/4917-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CONSTRUCTION WORKS MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Construction Works Manager \u2013 Wind Energy | Lithuania<\/h4>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We are currently looking for an experienced <strong>Construction Works Manager<\/strong> to join an international company operating in the renewable energy sector and support the delivery of <strong>wind energy projects in Lithuania<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Key responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Supervise and control construction works related to wind energy projects, particularly <strong>wind turbine foundations and reinforced concrete structures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications and applicable Lithuanian regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the quality, progress and proper execution of works on site.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate day-to-day activities with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and address technical and construction-related issues arising during project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Verify compliance of completed works with project documentation and applicable construction standards.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Support the coordination of construction documentation and administrative procedures related to the works.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with local contractors, construction companies and material suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the construction function on site and ensure that agreed standards, timelines and requirements are followed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Proven experience in a <strong>Construction Manager, Site Manager, Works Manager, Construction Engineer<\/strong> or similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience with <strong>reinforced concrete structures<\/strong>, preferably including <strong>wind turbine foundations<\/strong> or other large-scale energy\/infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate professional <strong>authorisations\/qualifications to supervise and control construction works<\/strong>, particularly reinforced concrete and special structures.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of <strong>Lithuanian construction law and administrative procedures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the Lithuanian construction market, including local contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working directly on a construction site.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work <strong>stationary on site<\/strong> and be closely involved in day-to-day construction activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lithuanian language \u2013 fluent\/professional level.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>English \u2013 minimum B1 level<\/strong>; sufficient for communication within an international project environment.<\/li>\n<li>Polish language will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Category B driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and communication skills, combined with a practical, hands-on approach to construction management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, take responsibility and make decisions in a dynamic project environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What we offer<\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>The opportunity to work on <strong>large-scale wind energy projects<\/strong> in Lithuania.<\/li>\n<li>A key role in the delivery of renewable energy infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with an international team of experienced professionals.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to build expertise in the rapidly developing renewable energy sector.<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic, project-based working environment with significant responsibility and autonomy.<\/li>\n<li>Competitive remuneration, depending on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction Works Manager \u2013 Wind Energy | Lithuania We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Works Manager to join an international company operating in the renewable energy sector and support the delivery of wind energy projects in Lithuania.
