For their Financial Management team we are now looking for an Accounting-IFRS Manager to guarantee a transparent reporting across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you play a key role in ensuring high-quality, transparent, and compliant financial reporting across the company. You act as a trusted advisor on complex accounting matters, support international stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous development of accounting standards, processes, and governance. Combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, you help strengthen consistency, compliance, and professional judgment across the global finance organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR TASKS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on complex IFRS accounting matters and support key accounting decisions across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance Group-wide accounting policies to ensure consistent application across all entities<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, disclosures, and technical accounting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting, accounting policies, and financial processes<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders on technical accounting and reporting topics<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver accounting and IFRS-related training programs to strengthen technical expertise across finance teams<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, and governance projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YOUR PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ideally complemented by a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Several years of experience in Technical Accounting, Group Reporting, Audit, or Accounting Advisory<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into practical business solutions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex accounting issues independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the connection between accounting decisions, financial reporting, and business performance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with international stakeholders at all organizational levels<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English skills; other European language will be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attractive salary and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Bonus from 5-10% of the yearly gross salary based on results from the employee and the group<\/li>\n<li>Coverage of transport<\/li>\n<li>Trainings<\/li>\n<li>Company tools<\/li>\n<li>Home office 2 days per week or more if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Vouchers for the company&#8217;s canteen lunch among others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leaders in the renewable energy sector.
