We are now searching for a Junior Controller ideally with strong financial and reporting experience and knowledge of SAP and English for their local Polish office.<\/p>\n<p>As a Junior Controller you will be responsible for Corporate Finance and Management matters on an on-going basis, such as Financial Plan of the organization, Financing and Business Support. <strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note our client&#8217;s organization is not large, and hence they are looking for someone on a specialist level of expertise wanting to move into a more responsible role in a small structure. <\/span>You will not have direct reports or a team to manage, hence this is a great opportunity for someone with \u00a0accounting and finance reporting experience wishing to move into a high responsibility role.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall coordination with CEO\/Country Manager of financial related matters<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial reports, budgets and all planning and control analysis activities as needed<\/li>\n<li>Reviews funding needs, plans and forecasts cash and liquidity necessities in coordination with the rest of the Finance team<\/li>\n<li>Suports the preparation of information for the annual report and accounts in coordination with accounting service provider<\/li>\n<li>Supports Financial Accountants in the preparation of accounting information<\/li>\n<li>Controls and monitors all tax procedures and ensuring compliance with tax obligations in coordnation with loical service provider<\/li>\n<li>Contacts with service providers in the context of financial and tax due diligence and reviews the conclusions to support transaction documents (SPA, SHA, others)<\/li>\n<li>Regular meetings with CEO\/Country Manager as well as DG Head of finance and corporate team to present results and support decision making process<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Financial performance monitoring and variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Management reporting<\/li>\n<li>Business partnering with operational teams<\/li>\n<li>Driving financial insights to support decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any similar.<\/li>\n<li>4-6 years of experience in accounting firm or similar postion<\/li>\n<li>Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive technical and accounting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of Excel is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and numeracy skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of English (C1)<\/li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OFFER:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attractive salary gross\/year + health insurance + birthday day off + Green Friday (one Friday&#8217;s afternoon free\/month), company tools, trainings among others<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading companies offering solar rooftop and energy sales solutions for the Commercial and Industrial sector.
