They give IPPs, infrastructure funds, and project developers a single operating system that covers the full asset lifecycle \u2014 from land and permits through construction, operations, and divestment\u2014 with one unbroken data record across pre- and post-COD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The company currently primarily serves portfolios in the \u00a0DACH and CEE markets (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary), with expansion into the UK and Nordics planned for 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>The Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The company si looking for their first commercial hire an Account Executive who will own the full sales motion from first contact through signed contract. In this role you will work directly with the founding team, shape how we go to market, and build the client base from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You need to be as comfortable running a consultative discovery call with an infrastructure fund as you are sending a cold LinkedIn message to an O&amp;M manager.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What You Will Do<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Identify and qualify target accounts across IPPs, infrastructure funds, and asset developers in DACH and CEE<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demonstration, commercial negotiation, close<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Build and manage a pipeline, keeping CRM records clean and forecasts honest<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Represent Orbital Labs at industry events and within trade associations<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Feed market and competitor intelligence back into product and GTM decisions<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Work with the founding team to develop case studies, reference accounts, and<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">pricing benchmarks<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What We Are Looking For<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with demonstrable quota attainment<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Direct experience selling to or working within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, BESS, or grid)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Fluent in English; working proficiency in German or Polish is a strong advantage<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of infrastructure and fund buyers<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Self-directed \u2014 able to generate pipeline without an SDR team or inbound leads<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Advantageous:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Experience selling to O&amp;M contractors, EPC firms, or infrastructure asset managers<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Familiarity with asset management workflows: SCADA, O&amp;M reporting, DSCR, CSRD\/ESG<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Existing network in European renewable energy (IPPs, funds, developers)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Experience at an early-stage company where you had to build process as well as run it<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Compensation<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Base salary commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission tied to ARR closed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Equity participation available for the right candidate.
