Ensure maximum availability, performance, and profitability of solar plants by guaranteeing safe, efficient, and compliant operation and maintenance, in line with best practices, technical, regulatory, and contractual standards,<\/p>\n
and in full compliance with the strategic guidelines of the Business Unit internal processes and procedures, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.<\/p>\n
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES<\/p>\n
\u2713<\/span> Asset Operational Management<\/p>\n o<\/span> Ensure availability and performance ratio (PR) of the plants;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Monitor production, losses, events, and alarms via local SCADA;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Execute all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and installations;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Analyze, detect, and resolve equipment anomalies;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Support technical inspections and interventions with manufacturers (warranty claims);<\/p>\n o<\/span> Manage spare parts inventory;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Monitor SLAs;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Follow up on equipment warranty processes;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Timely issue reports and work orders in the CMMS;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Team and Resource Management<\/p>\n o<\/span> Participate in on-call and standby duty rotations;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Develop the technical and behavioral skills of the team;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Act in alignment with Group values and promote a positive working environment;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Financial Management<\/span><\/p>\n o<\/span> Optimize operational costs;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Ensure proper maintenance and care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Periodic performance<\/p>\n o<\/span> Reporting to Clients and Business Unit Management;<\/p>\n o<\/span> Interface with authorities, grid operators, regulators, and suppliers;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Comply with and promote the principles established in the Integrated Management Policy (Quality, Safety, and Environment) and approved Management System procedures;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Actively contribute to development, innovation, and continuous improvement of processes and the<\/p>\n Management System.<\/p>\n MAIN DUTIES<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Execute the annual preventive maintenance plan and contribute to its update based on failure history;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Perform day-to-day operation of the plants;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Analyze, detect, and resolve equipment anomalies;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Analyze and classify alarms\/events and validate unavailability;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Investigate critical failures and ensure system restoration;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Interpret electrical schematics;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Prepare daily\/weekly\/monthly performance reports;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Identify low-performance strings or inverters;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Assess losses due to soiling, shading, electrical faults, and unavailability;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Perform regular vegetation cutting and control growth, avoiding large-scale cutting campaigns;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Prepare field reports and train colleagues on operational procedures;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Control spare parts and tools inventory;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Supervise service providers\u2019 activities;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Update technical documentation and CMMS records;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Promote adoption of new technologies and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce failures;<\/p>\n \u2713<\/span> Foster coordination and cooperation with other departments of the Business Unit and other areas of the company.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Our client is a construction and O&M services provider with over 20 years of experience in renewable energy.
