We are now looking for a Land Administrator to support the Land Acquisition and Development teams. As a\u00a0<strong>Land Administrator<\/strong>\u00a0you will provide essential support to a remote land acquisition team by managing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\"><strong>Core Tasks<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Research and verification of the property ownership to include current contact information prior to any Land team contact.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for updating and ensuring accuracy on all Tracker (ownership contact information) lists per Project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for populating the Tracker information for all third-party land acquisition contractors.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for sending out letters\/mailers (first contact to land owners) known as Mailouts, alerting them of an approaching visit\/and\/or interest in participating in an upcoming Land project with the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for following up and cold calling new land owners that we receive as a consequence of their property ownership research, and creating an appointment with one of the Land team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Setting up meetings with the different land teams as a result of the mailers\/letters\/cold calling\/postcards.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Responsible for communicating with the Land team to ensure projects and appointments are timely and accurate inside their meeting calendars.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communication with the Land team on any changes to their calendars as a result of changes in the owner\u2019s schedule.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support of the Land team in their activities \u2013 extra duties to the side as needed<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Research and verification of the property ownership and contact information.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Updating accuracy for the Land Project Trackers<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Cold calling and meeting setups for potential land owners<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Business development (Mailers\/Letters\/Postcards) handling.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support of Land\/Legal\/Prospecting\/Finance\/MD with Land as prio.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"299\"><\/td>\n<td width=\"297\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"299\"><\/td>\n<td width=\"297\">&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\"><strong>Education &amp; Expertise<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\">\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional travel as needed (under 10%)<\/li>\n<li>Notary Public commission the State of Florida is considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\"><strong>Critical Success Interpersonal Competencies UCF (maximum 5)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"598\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth coordination and successful project outcomes.
