In this role, you will support early-stage technical development by reviewing, coordinating, and structuring engineering inputs, rather than performing detailed design work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"412\"><strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"412\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"816\">\n<li data-section-id=\"8yyuc\" data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"510\">Support preparation and review of PV and BESS project concepts (layouts, sizing, assumptions)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sbmg3\" data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"586\">Assist in energy yield assessments (e.g. using PVsyst or similar tools)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"156pqsl\" data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"661\">Review technical documentation and ensure consistency and completeness<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5ilcsc\" data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"732\">Coordinate with external designers and follow up on missing inputs<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h4irr5\" data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"816\">Support technical analyses for early-stage development and investment decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"834\"><strong data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"834\">Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"1291\">\n<li data-section-id=\"bqpy61\" data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"908\">2\u20135 years of experience in electrical or renewable energy engineering<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17nckk1\" data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"971\">Basic experience with PV systems; BESS knowledge is a plus<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1onc7y3\" data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1067\">Understanding of DC\/AC design principles and electrical infrastructure (HV is an advantage)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1i4nrh6\" data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1126\">Experience with PVsyst or similar tools is appreciated<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oeeooe\" data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1189\">Good Excel skills and ability to work with structured data<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pyihr0\" data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1243\">Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tj3tt5\" data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1291\">Good English and clear communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1456\"><strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1329\">We\u2019re looking for someone who is<\/strong><br data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1332\" \/>Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable combining engineering work with coordination and documentation tasks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1920\"><strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1820\">Working model<\/strong><br data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1823\" \/>Office-based role with the possibility of 1 day\/week remote work.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international IPP investing in wind, solar, BESS around the world and projects already under operation in Poland.
