Currently, due to the growth of their project pipeline as well as recruitment needs we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the are in the company. In this role you will have a close relationship with the Board of the company and will have the role of an internal consultant in terms of Hard and Soft HR matters. If you want to join a dynamic environment and develop the HR area in a growing organization this the right fit for you!<\/p>\n<p>Our client is hiring on a B2B contract preferably for this role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your scope of duties in this role will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Co-create organizational strategy and culture focused on collaboration, trust, accountability and entrepreneurship<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Translate company values into everyday leadership behaviors and people practices<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Build an engaging and development-oriented work environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organize recruitment and be in touch with talent acquisition providers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead initiatives supporting learning, knowledge sharing and talent development<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Co-create internal rituals, leadership meetings, onboarding and internal communication practices<\/p>\n<p>Overseeing payroll, employment contracts and B2B agreements with consultants among others.<\/p>\n<p>Manage the implementation of all the corporate rules and process (home-office, car policy, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Coordination HR strategy with the Chief People Officer<\/p>\n<p>Experience in RES will be appreciated<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 End-to-end responsibility for HR processes: recruitment (local &amp; international), development, performance management, compensation &amp; benefits, compliance and off boarding<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design and implement talent and leadership development frameworks (feedback culture, coaching, career paths, succession planning)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and optimize compensation and benefits systems aligned with business goals<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders and managers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support leaders in recruitment, development and communication processes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Scalable HR processes supporting growth in Poland and internationally<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Leaders acting as mentors and culture ambassadors<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implement HR systems and software if needed to make the HR processes more transparent<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Requirements for the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Min. 6 years of experience in senior HR \/ People &amp; Culture roles (e.g. HR BP, HR Manager, HR Senior Partner)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Background in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment (startup, scale-up, project based company will be a plus)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proven ability to deliver HR projects end to end<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A good communicator with emotional intelligence<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in building feedback-driven, development-oriented cultures<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Very good command of English (C1 or above)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience in building teams and working in highly dynamic environments<\/p>\n<p>OFFER:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Position: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attractive salary and benefits package<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid arrangements possible depending on needs)\u00a0but preferably working 4 days from the offices of the company<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work in an international environment<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a rapidly growing renewable energy company with over 17 years of history operating in Poland.
