For their O&amp;M team we are now searching for an O&amp;M Readiness Engineer to join their office in Gdynia.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrated across Offshore Wind Farm operations in this role, \u00a0you will be responsible for Supporting the operations readiness implementation with definition of O&amp;M strategy and implementation of contracts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Operational Readiness: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the drafting of O&amp;M procedures , manuals, training strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the faciliation identification of Contractors required to support the operational phase, drafting the procurement demand plan and contract and procurement policy.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the development of Operations During Construction costs and technical OPEX assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Support to the execution of operations and maintenance activities during construction<\/li>\n<li>Support the Implementation of a WTG &amp; BOP O&amp;M strategy and support the project to achieve O&amp;M readiness. This means: Ensure OEM and Owner\u00b4s Maintenance Requirements are aligned and ready to be implemented in the operations. Including set up of ports, offshore access strategy, labor, Health and Safety etc<\/li>\n<li>Support in establishing O&amp;M requirements, implement and manage a multi-contracting strategy for this purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Internal Technical Competency Development: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the drafting of roadmap and tracking implementation for BoP &amp; WTG Assets<\/li>\n<li>Suporting the establishment of budget and resource requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support in the drafting of Training and staff competency development and mapping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ACADEMIC BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LANGUAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project has an international team of employees and the working language is English.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. Polish language will be highly valued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Between 2 and 5 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in offshore wind projects on operations and preferably in O&amp;M modelling and definition of maintenance strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in contract negotiation and management.<\/li>\n<li>Offshore Wind O&amp;M operational expereince at the operator side is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>KNOWLEDGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in wind turbine technology is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced user of MS office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Driving license B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support OpEx optimization processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support negotiations and closing O&amp;M service contracts with several OEMs, ISPs and Ports.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the development and later the construction of the operational O&amp;M Base.<\/li>\n<li>Good communications skills, ability lead work streams and to report to project management.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking, pro activeness, organization and team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage priorities and flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Mature judgment and discretion, dependability and strong work ethic.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player as although the candidate will be expected to be able to work on their own they will also need to work as part of a cross departmental\/international team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The location of the role is in Gdynia, but you need to have flexibility to travel from time to time to supplier&#8217;s facilities and offices, local construction ports and constructions sites may be required.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading investors in Offshore Wind in Poland.
