dynamic growth phase, we are now looking for a <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"530\">Project Development Manager (Poland)<\/strong> to identify suitable sites for solar PV, BESS, and onshore wind projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"125\" data-end=\"463\"><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"1761\">\n<li data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"989\">\n<p data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"989\">Assess and develop new project opportunities aligned with company strategy, mainly in solar PV, wind, and BESS;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1102\">\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1102\">Identify optimal land areas and negotiate with landowners and stakeholders through to contract finalisation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1254\">\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1254\">Build and manage a network of local partners, such as real estate agents, energy advisors, and other introducers, to secure new land opportunities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1372\">\n<p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1372\">Oversee and support the permitting process, including environmental assessments and grid connection applications;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1462\">\n<p data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1462\">Collaborate with local communities, authorities, elected officials, and trade unions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1540\">\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1540\">Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance of all projects;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1621\">\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1621\">Prepare, track, and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1697\">\n<p data-start=\"1624\" data-end=\"1697\">Foster transparent and trust-based relationships with all stakeholders;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1761\">\n<p data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1761\">Maintain and update the Polish database of land agreements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1780\">Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"2728\">\n<li data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1970\">\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1970\">Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental planning, landscape architecture, urban planning, engineering, geography, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2148\">\n<p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2148\">At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2\u20133 years in land acquisition and project development, preferably within renewable energy projects such as PV or wind;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2194\">\n<p data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2194\">Strong negotiation and commercial skills;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2268\">\n<p data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2268\">Driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel extensively within Poland;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2338\">\n<p data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2338\">Native-level Polish (or equivalent) and solid command of English;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2439\">\n<p data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2439\">Comfortable with site visits, land negotiations, and meetings with authorities or organisations;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2527\">\n<p data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2527\">Proactive, independent, and capable of working both autonomously and within a team;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2597\">\n<p data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2597\">Eager to embrace new challenges and propose innovative solutions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2728\">\n<p data-start=\"2600\" data-end=\"2728\">Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks flexibly and handle setbacks with a problem-solving mindset.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
