We\u2019re currently seeking a Land Manager to to lead the identification and acquisition of land plots across Poland suitable for developing Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and onshore wind projects.<\/p>\n
Your Role:<\/p>\n
Proactively scout and evaluate land opportunities with high potential for renewable energy development;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Manage the full land acquisition process \u2013 from first contact with landowners to final contract agreements;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Engage with local stakeholders, including municipalities, elected officials, and community groups, to foster strong relationships;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Participate in public consultations and communicate stakeholder feedback to the project team;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Establish trust and maintain transparent, long-term relationships with all involved parties;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Build and oversee a network of local contacts (e.g., estate agents, land scouts, energy consultants) to help uncover new opportunities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Create and regularly update a comprehensive database of land agreements and landowner contacts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
University degree in environmental planning, urban planning, engineering, geography, landscape architecture, or a related field;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in land acquisition or land management\u2014ideally within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong negotiation and business development skills;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Valid driver\u2019s license and a willingness to travel frequently across Poland;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Native-level Polish proficiency and a good command of English;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Comfortable working in the field, negotiating with landowners, and engaging with governmental and public institutions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Independent, resourceful, and able to manage responsibilities both individually and within a team;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Open to taking initiative and offering creative, forward-thinking solutions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Skilled at organizing tasks efficiently, responding quickly to challenges, and staying resilient under pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
