For their developing project team in a wind project in Iupuresti we are now looking for an Engineer for the position of Quality Supervisor. The person will work alongside an international team, therefore a good level of English is a must as well as excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 (certificate required). \u00a0The company pays for transport, accommodation and food on site.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Your main objective in this role will be to supervise compliance with its execution, according to Management&#8217;s strategic guidelines, national and international legislation, references of implemented standards, in order to comply with every requirement, ensuring access to standards, information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the operationality and continuous updating of the Quality Management Plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with quality requirements, through periodic checks in order to identify<\/li>\n<li>deviations and define an action plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the planning and implementation of monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes, as well as the collection of data necessary to check the service \/ product compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MAIN DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guarantee to a continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System on site and monitor compliance with quality procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate in the preparation of Quality Procedures \/ Protocols, according to the requirements of the project;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in meetings with the client;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure communication between the company and the client in the approval of material;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise work in the scope of quality control according to the guidance of the project team;<\/li>\n<li>Support the project team in the management of document control associated with the execution of the works;<\/li>\n<li>Promote the creation \/ review of Quality Management System documents;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct file of all quality documentation, in digital system, according to internal procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the supplier pre-qualification process, in accordance with the internal instructions;<\/li>\n<li>Management of internal and external Quality NCs, with the project team, ensuring the control and organized filing of the documentation related to the Action Plan, monitoring \/ closing;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the continuous updating of the Project Organization Chart;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure, register and manage external and official communications, namely control of transmittals;<\/li>\n<li>Control all drawn and written documents, as well as their distribution, ensuring that there are no obsolete documents on site;<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage the project&#8217;s technical compilation file;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the management of Measurement and Monitoring Equipment on site, namely the control of calibrations and associated documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Articulation with project teams in the preparation of weekly \/ monthly quality reports;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the monitoring of the attachments to the Quality Management Plan;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external Quality audits and the resulting Action Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"font-weight: 400;\" width=\"680\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\"><strong>Education<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"481\">Preferable University degree in Civil Construction<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"481\">At least 1 year of experience in similar roles<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\"><strong>Integration Period<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"481\">6\u00a0 months<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"198\"><strong>Training<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"481\">Standards applicable to the Management System (Quality)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leaders in wind and solar energy project construction, installation and maintenance with over 20 years of experience in over 3 continents.
