{"id":3584,"date":"2024-06-11T11:35:46","date_gmt":"2024-06-11T09:35:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=3584"},"modified":"2024-06-11T11:35:46","modified_gmt":"2024-06-11T09:35:46","slug":"project-developer-battery-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/en\/project-developer-battery-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJECT DEVELOPER BATTERY PROJECTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for Project Developer Battery Projects in Warsaw.<\/p>\n<p>Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Develop utility-scale battery storage projects (BESS) until Ready-to-build stage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Manage the cooperation with external development companies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Liaise with grid operators, landowners, planning authorities, stakeholder groups and the wider public as part of the project development process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Conduct high-level site analysis and support in the due diligence processes of project ideas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Active participation in M&amp;A activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ownership and preparation of all relevant documents within company group and external stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and market reforms concerning battery storage in Poland.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Interface between external stakeholders and company groups support functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">University degree in engineering, natural science, business administration or in a comparable discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">5+ years of experience in developing of renewables projects (wind, PV etc.) or 2+ years of experience in developing battery projects in Poland, ideally with focus in permitting and grid applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Entrepreneurial skills combined with a structured approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Good communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse team across several locations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Knowledge of AutoCad would be an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tkzmjn3\">Proficiency in Polish &amp; English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our client offers d<span lang=\"EN-US\">evelopment in an international company that is shaping the face of the energy market. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">A progressive medical care package that takes care of your health and well-being. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Co-financing of the Multisport card, enabling the use of various forms of physical activity. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Foreign language classes during working hours. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Flexible working hours and the possibility to work in hybrid mode.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.
