Our client is one of the leading European investor in renewable energy projects. Currently for their team in Poland we are looking for a Financial Analyst for their Financial Department.<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Financial Reporting Support: Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including analyses.<\/li>\n
  2. Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Assisting in budget preparation, closely monitoring expenditures, and preparing variance analyses.<\/li>\n
  3. Audit Process Support: Assisting senior financial staff with external auditors during financial audits, including analytical reviews.<\/li>\n
  4. Support in Financial Modeling for Renewable Energy Projects: Assisting with financial modeling for renewable energy projects, including wind and PV power plants, energy storage, and biogas.<\/li>\n
  5. Involvement \/ Assistance in project valuation, profitability analyses, and assessing the viability of projects and financing structures.<\/li>\n
  6. Management of Financial and Corporate Documentation: Overseeing the organization and archiving of financial & corporate documentation, including invoices, contracts, bills, bank statements, and others.<\/li>\n
  7. Providing support to Project Managers in the analysis of received offers, negotiated contracts etc. ensuring thorough financial evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Education: Higher education preferably in finance, accounting, or related field.<\/li>\n
    2. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably with exposure to the renewable energy sector.<\/li>\n
    3. Knowledge of IT Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA). Knowledge of financial modeling (and\/or willingness to expand this knowledge) and familiarity with the FAST standard will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n
    4. Basic Knowledge of Databases (and\/or willingness to expand this knowledge): Database systems, especially those integrated with MS Office, like MS Access. Experience in working with large datasets and database management , will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n
    5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare detailed reports.<\/li>\n
    6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n
    7. Organizational Skills: Good work organization, ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.<\/li>\n
    8. Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n
    9. Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication and work with documentation (minimum B2).<\/li>\n
    10. Experience in renewable energy sector, particularly in electricity sales models and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), will be considered an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
