Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.

We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist for the Origination team.

Your scope of duties

• Actively managing initiatives for improving operational processes and comprehensive actions in problem-solving.
• Participation in the process of settling clients with the highest energy and gas consumption.
• Working with the ETRM class system and accounting-billing systems.
• Preparation and analysis of data, reports, and summaries related to operational activities.
• Participation in inter-team and international projects related to the operational area

Our requirements

• Completed studies in energy, economics, finance, mathematics, quantitative methods, or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in analytical-process or operational work.
• Analytical skills and their effective application in practice.
• Proficiency in Excel; additional assets include knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, programming (Python).
• Interest in finance, stock market, and business; familiarity with the electricity market is a plus.
• Good work organization and accuracy in executing assigned tasks.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Polish – communicative
