The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Project Director and to the wider project team, ensuring effective administration of general project management operations.
•Managing the project reporting calendar and arranging the preparation and circulation of project reports to stakeholders.
•Organising and supporting project meetings, including coordinating with attendees, managing calendar invitations and minuting meetings where required.
•Supporting the information management team in ensuring all project documentation is stored in accordancewith approved systems.
•Working with the legal and procurement teams to coordinate the signature and exchange of contract documents.
•Arranging project events such as site visits and staff social functions.
•Organising the production and circulation of project materials such as newsletters.
•Providing other administrative support to the Project Director as required.
The project has an international team of employees and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent inPolish and English, both spoken and written.Proficiency inother languages will be valued.
•Professional experience in a similar role is required.•Experience within a project team environment and/or in the energy sectoris preferred.
