For our client, rapidly expanding renewable energy developer, investor, and operator currently in an exciting and fast-paced growth stage we are looking for: GIS Specialist / GIS Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed feasibility studies for new renewable energy projects identified internally or by our partners.

• Conduct environmental assessments, considering planning and environmental constraints at local, regional, and national levels.

• Stay current with Polish legislation related to renewable energy development.

• Support the Business Development team in site selection and permitting processes.

• Continuously develop your expertise and technical skills in line with the company’s evolving focus.

Your qualifications:

• A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in environmental planning, geography, landscape architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in land analysis and spatial assessment across Poland, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong command of GIS tools (e.g., QGIS) and CAD systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Polish administrative and planning regulations for renewable projects.

• Fluent in Polish, with good proficiency in English.

• A results-driven, organized, and proactive approach, with solid project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills — able to balance detailed technical insight with clear, big-picture thinking.

Location:

Remote (anywhere in Poland) or hybrid, based in Poznań.
