Our client is an international energy group developing wind and solar projects as well as trading energy in various countries in Europe. For their Polish team we are now searching for an experienced Communications Partner to work for their local operations in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for a self starter and enthusiastic professional willing to work in a company dedicated to promoting clean energy solutions and projects. We are looking for candidates with experience working in a corporate and international setting, with professional maturity, passion for internal and external communications as well as political correctness. In this role you will mainly support the LCC dedicated to project development as well as another company of the group focused on Energy Trading.

You will contribute to the company by:  

• Ensuring effective communication within the group of companies
• Professionally representing the Group’s brand in Poland (including corporate, PR, employer, marketing).
• Developing a long-term marketing strategy and implementing tactical plans in collaboration with the business team.
• Planning and budgeting yearly initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, and monitoring results.
• Ability to set realistic KPI within timeframes and budgets of the group per campaign.
• Supporting the Community Relations team with marketing materials and project information prepared in order to inform local communities of the benefits of the project and the company’s initiatives
• Implementing digital marketing tools to drive business growth.
• Partnering with agencies as well as the in-house Group communication
• Representing the company in public.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing communications and/or brand building experience.
• Knowledge of energy sector.
• Experience working with international brands and marketing campaigns, especially in B2B sector.
• Previous experience working in a corporate environment and ideally in listed companies
• Ability to work in the field of digital marketing.
• Proven experience in achieving results.
• Ability to wor k as a self-starter and a team player.
• Professional knowledge of Polish and English languages – spoken and written.
