ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Currently, we are looking for Asset Management Associate to join the Asset Management department of our client, one of the largest investors in renewable energy in Poland, with over 30 years of experience worldwide.

What you’ll do:

· Support on Budgeting and Business Plan elaborating processes developing the necessary information for the definition and updating of the budget of the assets, interacting with Local Asset Operations teams and Planning and Control.

Investment follow-up verifying that the performed initiatives are aligned with the approved budget.

· Follow-up transversal Action Plans associated to operational events (such as Ice Risk Management and Life Extension Management).

· Track Insurance claims of EU&BR, analyzing their evolution in coordination with the Local Asset Managers and the Insurance Manager.

· Participate in the gathering and tracking of all transversal Improvement Initiatives affecting assets in EU&BR.

· Support on Benchmark analysis over the value chain that impulse asset profitability.

· Develop and reinforce communication channels with Local Asset Managers and transversal areas.

· Coordinate and monitor the relations with Stakeholders to guarantee that the decisions made are aligned with the company’s objectives. Promote relations of trust with all the involved agents in the business process (internal and external) with the objective of enhance team work reaching solid work groups to stablish this model as one of the pillars of management in the company. Exert negotiating capacity and conflict resolution in all the scopes of action.

· Support on the EU&BR Assets operational follow up, challenging the performance of the KPI´s, proposal of initiatives, action plan

· Application of measures for the prevention of occupational risks, Environment, Health and Safety, Sustainability and Quality of the group to ensure its fulfilment.

· Additional duties as required to support the Head of Department in all activities regarding Asset Management.

What you’ll need:

· Engineer, Degree in Economics or Business Administration.

· Languages: Polish and English (advanced)

· MS Office, MS Teams, Sharepoint, SAP.

· 3-5 years’ experience in similar role

· Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.
