Our client is a specialist construction company focused on complex large-scale renewable energy projects with global presence. For their growing team in Poland we are now looking for an Electrical Works Manager to lead the construction of their plants in Poland.

In this role you will”

• Support customers concerning questions regarding grid connections
•  Main point of contact during  different project phases
•  Compile entire required documentation, ensure external and internal reporting
• Ensure implementation and observance of HSE-requirements concerning EW on construction site
• Manage electrical part of wind energy project, from scope of supply definition to project Taking Over
•  Support Business Development (tendering) & PMC during initiation phase to define electrical scope of supply on the basis of client needs and grid capacities
• Define scope of work for electrical portion of EPC contracts for the construction of Wind Farms
• Plan and manage construction of electrical work in our scope in cooperation with Project Management and site supervision teams 

QUALIFICATIONS IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering University degree
• Working experience of at least 3 years in management of Electrical works scope for windf arms, solar plants, cabling works and/or distribution / transmission substation
• Managing project development / construction of electrical infrastructures
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office
• Aim-oriented, proactive and communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to travel and international approach
• Excellent command of the English language
• Very good communication skills, powerful personality with distinctive proactive action
• High focused to following aims and corporate thinking  • In possession of driver ́s license
