HR MANAGER

Our client is a rapidly growing renewable energy company with over 17 years of history operating in Poland. Currently, due to the growth of their project pipeline as well as recruitment needs we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the are in the company. In this role you will have a close relationship with the Board of the company and will have the role of an internal consultant in terms of Hard and Soft HR matters. Our client is hiring on a B2B contract preferably for this role.

Your scope of duties in this role will include:

·         Co-create organizational strategy and culture focused on collaboration, trust, accountability and entrepreneurship

·         Translate company values into everyday leadership behaviors and people practices

·         Build an engaging and development-oriented work environment

·         Organize recruitment and be in touch with talent acquisition providers

·         Lead initiatives supporting learning, knowledge sharing and talent development

·         Co-create internal rituals, leadership meetings, onboarding and internal communication practices

Overseeing payroll, employment contracts and B2B agreements with consultants among others.

Manage the implementation of all the corporate rules and process (home-office, car policy, etc.).

Coordination HR strategy with the Chief People Officer

Experience in RES will be appreciated

·         End-to-end responsibility for HR processes: recruitment (local & international), development, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and off boarding

·         Design and implement talent and leadership development frameworks (feedback culture, coaching, career paths, succession planning)

·         Develop and optimize compensation and benefits systems aligned with business goals

·         Act as a strategic HR business partner to leaders and managers

·         Support leaders in recruitment, development and communication processes

·         Scalable HR processes supporting growth in Poland and internationally

·         Leaders acting as mentors and culture ambassadors

·         Implement HR systems and software if needed to make the HR processes more transparent

   Requirements for the role:

·         Min. 6 years of experience in senior HR / People & Culture roles (e.g. HR BP, HR Manager, HR Senior Partner)

·         Background in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment (startup, scale-up, project based company will be a plus)

·         Proven ability to deliver HR projects end to end

·         Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

·         A good communicator with emotional intelligence

·         Experience in building feedback-driven, development-oriented cultures

·         Very good command of English (C1 or above)

·         Experience in building teams and working in highly dynamic environments
