Our client is a global wind energy player with over 30 years in the renewables market. Currently for their Service team for Central Europe we are looking for a Claims Manager with experience in O&M or EPC contract claim management. As a Claim Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our service quality and supplier relationships. You will identify claims, manage the entire process, and work closely with technical and sales teams. Through a structured approach and clear communication, you will contribute to optimizing our service processes in the Central region.

The Claim Manager, will play a central role in ensuring our service quality and supplier relationships.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• You will independently manage claims and work closely with relevant departments and interfaces.

• You will identify potential claims and prepare defect reports in the region.

• You will negotiate and process claims with suppliers and external service providers.

• You will lead optimization measures with suppliers and service providers in the Central region.

• You will train internal process participants and communicate relevant claims management requirements.

• You will analyze data and facts and assess opportunities and risks in the claims process.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.

• You have professional experience in contract or claims management or a comparable field.

• You have excellent knowledge of contract law and common types of contracts.

• You are a team player and possess strong negotiation and organizational skills.

• You have fluent German and very good English skills.

• You have a strong Communication and presentation skills
