Our Client is expending his Northern Europe Energy Storage team into new territory.

We’re looking for a motivated professional to become first dedicated expert in energy storage in the Polish market. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the energy transition by supporting grid-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across their entire lifecycle — from early-stage feasibility and risk assessment to operational support. Our clients include developers, investors, equipment providers, and regulatory bodies.

What you’ll do as a Senior Energy Storage Consultant:

• Take a lead role in delivering technical consulting projects (approximately 60–70% of your time), focusing on areas such as risk identification and mitigation for BESS, design evaluations, regulatory compliance, and safety assessments.

• Help shape and grow Company’s energy storage services in Poland and beyond by tracking market developments and supporting strategic planning.

• Collaborate across international teams to manage and execute small and large-scale projects.

• Independently drive business development activities: write proposals, build relationships, and represent Company at client meetings and industry events.

• Actively support Company’s broader mission to make the world safer, smarter, and greener — and enjoy doing it!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing engineering and advisory work related to energy storage, such as technical due diligence, business case analysis, owner’s engineering, safety and design reviews, and training delivery.

• Initiating and managing client engagements in Poland, including preparing commercial offers and identifying business opportunities.

• Managing projects across disciplines and geographies.

• Representing our capabilities at industry conferences, webinars, and client events.

• Contributing to a strong, collaborative, and purpose-driven team culture.
