Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader Operations to oversee and manage processes specifically related to energy supplier switching.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning the work of the vendor change team organizing daily work
• Setting priorities and achieving strategic goals
• Coordinating implementation and automation projects
• Monitoring and maintaining the highest quality of team work
• Close and effective cooperation with other operational teams
• Understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders
• Team support and employee development
• Coordinating implementation and automation projects,
• Creating reports and developing business processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education, At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry, including at least 2 years as a leader/coordinator
• Ability to effectively manage a team and strong interpersonal skills
• Motivation, commitment and ability to cope with stressful situations
• Readiness to take on challenges and solve problems
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, Intermediate knowledge of Excel and energy distributor platforms (PWI), Basic knowledge of PowerBI
• Ability to create business processes and procedures
• Knowledge of the Polish energy market
• Analytical approach
• Ability to work under time pressure and attention to detail
• Ability to work in teams and focus on achieving goals
• Knowledge of Polish at native level and English at least at C1 level.
