Development Manager

Our client is one of the leading solar energy companies in the world. Currently due to their expansion in Poland, they are looking for a Development Manager

Position Responsibilities:

1.    Obtaining Land rights

2.    Collect and analyze information of projects and look for long-term co-development partners;

3.    Take in charge of brown-field project acquisition and green-field project development in the Poland;

4.    Establish good relationships with governments, authorities and grid companies (i.e. DSO, ERO);

5.    Carry out market research and forward-looking analysis on the development projects;


Candidate Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree preferred, engineering background preferred, good moral character and professional ethics;

2. Familiar with the application process of relative documents (i.e. Lease Agreement, Zoning Decision, GCC, Environmental Decision, Building Permit, Auction Certification) project bidding and development and other relevant professional knowledge;

3. Familiar with the market information and policy dynamics of solar industry, familiar with the document application process of project development;

4. More than 2 years experience in solar development, investment, government public relations and other related resources is preferred;

5. Solid writing skills, strong logic and tuning ability, good communication, organization and coordination ability, strong execution ability;
