Our client is one of the most well known and successful wind and solar developers and IPPs in the country. For their growing team in Warsaw, they are now looking for an experienced solar developer to join their team.

• Promote and identify opportunities for solar  and windfarms development in Poland
• Secure land and negotiate with public and private actors, including landowners
• Advise on local regulatory requirements, contract reviews and negotiations, as well as Due diligence reviews
• Assist negotiations of project transactions and M&A processes
• Contact and coordinate all environmental permits with the Environmental Manager
• Elaborate preparations and analysis to the Board

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or similar
• Experience in the solar and wind industry in a similar role
• Verbal and written skills in Polish
• A good level of English would be an advantage
• Negotiation & business development
• Excellent communications skills
• Availability to travel
