Analysis of tender documentation in formal and legal terms
Participation in the development of offers, contracts, negotiation of provisions,
Preparation of documentation and coordination of deadlines in tender procedures

Managing the Team of Cost Estimators

REQUIREMENTS:
Higher technical education, civil or design engineering
Experience as a bidding specialist or cost estimator
Ability to estimate costs in the construction industry
Good knowledge of the construction industry
Ability to read and analyze tender and project documentation
Communicativeness, consistency and independence in performing tasks
Good knowledge of English
