Our client is an international investor of in renewable energy projects with a large pipeline of projects and investments in Poland. Currently we are looking for Chief Accountant.

Main Responsibilities:

 Responsible for accounting, finance and taxation functions;

 Establishing effective finance and accounting policies and procedures;

 Performing financial budgeting, forecast and analysis, implementing financial planning and tax strategies to ensure appropriate financial controls;

 Preparing periodical financial reports including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and consolidation) in accordance and compliance with the laws, regulations and accounting standards;

 Managing cash flows and working capital;

 Leading financial due diligence, tax due diligence and tax structuring work;

 Leading tax planning, filing, reporting, payment & refund, representation at tax office;

 Handle any other ad-hoc projects that the firm undertakes.

Requirements:

 Degree holder in accounting or relevant disciplines

 Qualified with CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification;

 Familiar with local, regional and international accounting standards and tax rules;

 Minimum 10 year’s relevant working experience in accounting, audit and finance;  PV experiences is a must;

 Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and analytical skills;

 Proficient in both spoken and written English.
