Blade Training Manager

Your responsibilities

The job holder is part of the Blade Repair Service Europe Team and responsible to ensure all blade repair technicians are trained to perform high quality rotor blade repairs throughout Europe. This is achieved while using the latest repair technology based on profound trainings, the collaboration with the Blade Service & Composites team and always an eye on safety.

·       Organize yearly training activities for blade repair technicians

·       Perform technical trainings for composite repairs as trainer

·       Development of new composite trainings based on specific repair procedures

·       Development of new training concepts

·       Interact with global functions to improve training quality

·       Document and evaluate individual training results to derive individual training requirements

 Our requirements

  • Good English command (B2 level) and international communication skills
  • Proven track record of complex composite repairs over the last 5 years
  • First experience to act as a technical trainer is a must
  • Related studies or comparable assimilated knowledge through experience
  • Experience with rotor blade or similar composite repair methods
  • Surface coating repairs, Core material repairs
  • Glass laminate repairs: Hand layup and vacuum infusion
  • Willingness to perform on site trainings throughout Europe
  • EU citizen
  • EU Covid-19 certificate
  • High quality focus
  • Basic knowledge of relevant MS Office is a must
  • Teamwork & collaboration
