Our client is one of the key investors in renewable energy- focusing on wind, solar, substation and energy storage infrastructure projects. Currently they are looking for a Associate Legal and International Due Diligence Specialist based in Germany.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Systematic analysis, testing and evaluation of wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance
2. Examination of contracts for land securing and corresponding easements as well as their comparison with the existing project planning
3. Review of further project documents and contracts with a constant eye on a risk assessment
4. Contact person for the due diligence of purchase, sale and financing processes

The requirement profile would look like this:

1. A successfully completed degree in law, commercial law or business administration with a focus on law; Additional admission to the legal profession – also internationally – is an advantage
2. Willingness to perform due diligence processes and contract drafting and review
3. Fluency in English is mandatory, at least good knowledge of German (at least B1); Polish
