Our client is an investor in renewable energy projects with projects already under operation in Poland. With a stable position, they are undergoing an expansion of different teams, including their financial team. Hence, we are searching for a Junior Accountant to support the work of the Chief Accountant.
Purpose of the job
The bookkeeper is responsible for booking of documents in compliance with polish accounting principles, tax law and corporate policies.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: invoices paid in cash by our employees, invoices paid by credit cards by our employees, bank statements, petty cash, sale invoices, different account note, contract services
- Account assignment for documents
- Issuing invoices
- Actively supporting the management in Poland
- Co-operation with Employees of biogas companies
- Other tasks assigned by the employer for the position
- Settlements with contractors and employees
- Archiving accountancy documents

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting, business, administration or similar
- At least one year of accounting experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Symfonia an advantage)
- Good organizational and time management skills

- The ability to cooperate with coworkers, clients and suppliers
- English language skills on intermediate level
