Electrical Works Manager
Power Substation Project – Jonava, Lithuania (Monday–Friday rotational assignment)

Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Supervision of subcontractors’ work in terms of quality, HSE compliance, and progress according to the project schedule.
• Preparation of reports and schedules, as well as planning and coordination of site activities.
• Cross-disciplinary coordination with managers from other construction disciplines.
• Representation of the employer and cooperation with institutions working on behalf of the Client (supervision inspectors, financing institutions, etc.).
• Ongoing preparation and maintenance of construction documentation, including protocols and documents required for the construction logbook.

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction of MV/HV power substations up to 330kV.
• Communicative level of English.
• Valid construction supervision qualifications for electrical infrastructure projects up to and including 330kV.
• Experience in wind farm, utility-scale photovoltaic farm, and energy storage projects will be considered an advantage.
