Our client is one of the leaders in wind and solar energy project construction, installation and maintenance with over 20 years of experience in over 3 continents. For their developing project team in a wind project in Iupuresti we are now looking for an Engineer for the position of Quality Supervisor. The person will work alongside an international team, therefore a good level of English is a must as well as excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 (certificate required).  The company pays for transport, accommodation and food on site. 

Your main objective in this role will be to supervise compliance with its execution, according to Management’s strategic guidelines, national and international legislation, references of implemented standards, in order to comply with every requirement, ensuring access to standards, information.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the operationality and continuous updating of the Quality Management Plan
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, through periodic checks in order to identify
• deviations and define an action plan
• Ensure the planning and implementation of monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes, as well as the collection of data necessary to check the service / product compliance
• Ensure the compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

MAIN DUTIES

• Guarantee to a continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System on site and monitor compliance with quality procedures;
• Cooperate in the preparation of Quality Procedures / Protocols, according to the requirements of the project;
• Participate in meetings with the client;
• Ensure communication between the company and the client in the approval of material;
• Supervise work in the scope of quality control according to the guidance of the project team;
• Support the project team in the management of document control associated with the execution of the works;
• Promote the creation / review of Quality Management System documents;
• Ensure the correct file of all quality documentation, in digital system, according to internal procedures;
• Comply with the supplier pre-qualification process, in accordance with the internal instructions;
• Management of internal and external Quality NCs, with the project team, ensuring the control and organized filing of the documentation related to the Action Plan, monitoring / closing;
• Ensure the continuous updating of the Project Organization Chart;
• Ensure, register and manage external and official communications, namely control of transmittals;
• Control all drawn and written documents, as well as their distribution, ensuring that there are no obsolete documents on site;
• Organize and manage the project’s technical compilation file;
• Ensure the management of Measurement and Monitoring Equipment on site, namely the control of calibrations and associated documentation;
• Articulation with project teams in the preparation of weekly / monthly quality reports;
• Ensure the monitoring of the attachments to the Quality Management Plan;
• Participate in internal and external Quality audits and the resulting Action Plan.
