We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead our client operations in the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong focus on business development, capable of managing a portfolio of projects while driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate has experience in renewable energy and a proven track record of commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Strategy: Identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the renewables market.
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage progression of multiple biogas projects from conception through to operations, coordinating in house teams and exterior consultants, driving development timelines, ensuring financial viability and operational efficiency.
- Commercial Leadership: Negotiate contracts, and develop new revenue streams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with investors, government bodies, and industry partners to support business expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.

- Strong understanding of project finance, investment strategies, and energy markets.
