Our client is an international energy group, investing and trading in the energy sector, with a larger portfolio of projects around the world and a solid trading team.
We are currently looking for a Team Leader Operations to oversee and manage processes specifically related to energy supplier switching.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning the work of the vendor change team organizing daily work
- Setting priorities and achieving strategic goals
- Coordinating implementation and automation projects
- Monitoring and maintaining the highest quality of team work
- Close and effective cooperation with other operational teams
- Understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders
- Team support and employee development
- Coordinating implementation and automation projects,
- Creating reports and developing business processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education, At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry, including at least 2 years as a leader/coordinator
- Ability to effectively manage a team and strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation, commitment and ability to cope with stressful situations
- Readiness to take on challenges and solve problems
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, Intermediate knowledge of Excel and energy distributor platforms (PWI), Basic knowledge of PowerBI
- Ability to create business processes and procedures
- Knowledge of the Polish energy market
- Analytical approach
- Ability to work under time pressure and attention to detail
- Ability to work in teams and focus on achieving goals
- Knowledge of Polish at native level and English at least at C1 level.
